Job Interview, Question Paper
There Were 3 Rounds Conducted By Capgemini
  • Written Test
  • Group Discussion
  • Technical & HR Interview

Written Test Was Conducted By Merit Track People
It Consisted Of Sections
  • Quantitative Aptitude
  • Verbal Reasoning
  • Logical Reasoning
And There Was Sectional Cutoff ( It Means If Cutoff Mark For One Section Is Not Cleared, Then You Are Out Of The Test. Remaining Sections Will Not Be Evaluated)
Questions Were Like Giving A Passage And To Answer The Questions Given Below After Reading The Passage.
Verbal Section Was Difficult For Normal People. But For People Who Had Done GRE / CAT Courses It Was Easy For Them.

It Was Group Discussion First The People Short listed In The Written Test. They Spitted The Students Into 3 Batches And Conducted GD For Each Batch Separately.
At First We Were Given Difficult Topics And There The Person Asked Whether We Were Comfortable With The Topic. Then Most Of Us Said No For The 2 Topics Given By Him.
Finally He Gave Us The Topic "India Number 1 In Cricket"
And All Accepted For This Topic.
In GD Every One Had To Speak Up. If You Are Not Going To Speak Anything It Means You Are Out.

It Was Technical And HR Interview.
When I Went For The Interview, First Question That Was Asked By Him Was "Tell Me About Yourself"
Then Later He Asked About My Project.
He Said That He Will Give 2 Minutes To Recollect About My Project And Then I Had To Briefly Describe About It.
He Asked Few Questions In My Project.
The Interview Was Just Done In 10-15 Minutes
